I met Donna a few years back at her daughter's wedding, and we have continued to remain in contact over the past few years. She e-mailed me a few weeks ago to share with me her wonderful news...she's engaged! I met Donna and her fiancee, Pat, at the campus of Northwestern and we strolled around on a beautiful Sunday evening to do the shoot. I LOVE how the photos turned out, the lighting was spectacular, and so was the love that these two shared!

Law Family Reunion
Alice is a client from the Des Monies area. She got my name from another acquaintance photographer that I have out there. She and her family are from all over the US ranging from Texas, to Missouri, to Iowa and then right here in Minneapolis. We all had a great time shooting together, and I think this puts me at #3 for Family reunions this summer! 2008 must be the year for it!

Ben and Katie 06.28.08
Oh what a wonderful couple! Ben and Katie couldn't have asked for a better day. The weather was wonderful and the day was flawless. Katie was so stunning in her dress that Ben even shed some tears when they met (I along with them). We hit up a nearby park in Bloomington for photos before the ceremony and then afterward I was amazed with the decor at the Bloomington Art Center. The dessert table alone took my breath away! Thanks Katie and Ben for allowing me to be a part of your day!
Ceremony Location: Bloomington Baptist Church; Bloomington, MN
Reception Site: Bloomington Art Center; Bloomington, MN
Riley Family Reunion
Seems to be the summer for family reunions. My good friend Lauren called and asked if I would shoot her family because they would all be together for the 4th of July. Her sister was in visiting from Tennessee and her brother and his family have just returned to the States after being in Brazil for the last few years! We had a great time together and I had great help from all the adults in trying to get all the kids (under 6) to smile and be content with the camera! After a long day, I think little Savanna was spent!
